KREON TECHNOLOGIES TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Kreon Technologies offers you several technical support options to help you taking advantage of POLYGONIA and other Kreon applications.
If you have any questions about Polygonia or encounter any problem, you can either:
- Read the Kreon Technologies user guide.
- Visit our Web site www.kreon3d.com.
- Contact your retailer after having gathering your system information described below.
- Ask Kreon for a TeamViewer Remote Support session. You'll have to run the small program TeamViewerQS-idc67ucfg9.exe (located inside Polygonia's installation folder or downloadable from here) and send us by e-mail your ID and password as well as the list of information below.
Necessary information on your system before contacting your retailer to report a problem:
- Your license ID (eight hexadecimal characters).
- Type of maintenance contract you signed.
- The Polygonia (or Kreon plug-in) version number and platform (32-bit or 64-bit).
- Relevant information about your computer configuration (laptop or desktop? Operating system? RAM size? CPU? Video card? Antivirus running?...)
- The exact error message if you get any, possibly with screen captures.
- A description of what happened and what you were doing when it happened.
- A list of what applications were opened.
- A description of what you did by yourself to try to solve the problem.
